Conexus Credit Union

Adam Hicks

Adam is passionate about the values for which Conexus stands. He is proud to be part of an organization with a long track record of successfully serving members while  supporting communities across Saskatchewan. Adam has a background in entrepreneurship, finance and IT. He had a fulfilling career with over ten years with the Government of Saskatchewan serving in various management roles. Currently, he can be found making long lasting differences for generations to come through the South Saskatchewan Community Foundation. He glows when discussing the power of Legacy Funds in which the foundation builds protects and honours legacies for families across Saskatchewan. He is proud to manage the over $130 million of legacy funds held in trust with the Foundation. Adam is an active volunteer in Regina and is passionate about improving the lives of all citizens.

Ken Kosolofski

Ken held a number of executive positions in his close to two decades in the credit union system including several years as the President and CEO of Concentra Bank (a credit union owned federally regulated bank). He is a passionate believer and a lifetime member of the credit union system. Ken also has a background serving on various boards and community organizations including the Regina and District Foodbank, Civic Pension and Long-Term Disability Board, Mobius Benefit Administrators, and a Delegate to the Cooperative Superannuation Society.

Jessica McNaughton

Jessica is Founder and CEO of memoryKPR Technologies. Her experience as both upper management and entrepreneur in a broad range of industries including Technology, Finance, Aviation and the Resource Industry serves as an asset while navigating the regulatory environment, while connecting communities and members through technology. Her previous board experience includes industries such as tourism, healthcare, and finance.

Tim Otitoju

Tim is a business leader with a rich background in business development, board governance and real estate. He is the President of Realty Hub
Brokerage with offices in Saskatchewan and Ontario. He has many years of experience on various boards, each contributing to his ability to make a meaningful impact on the board. He believes in the core values of the credit union and being a member centric organization should be the driving force behind all we do.

Kathryn Pollack

Kathryn is the Executive Vice President of People, Safety and Indigenous and Corporate Relations with SaskPower and is also the RBC Woman Executive in Residence for the University of Regina’s Hill and Levene Schools of Business. She lives in the R.M. of Lumsden with her husband and two children. Kathryn has a broad range of professional experience in the private and public sectors and has held leadership roles overseeing procurement, natural resources policy and human resources.

Pam Skotnitsky

Pam brings to Conexus experience from executive leadership teams of both SaskCentral and Federated Co-operatives Limited, including board experience on both sides of the table. Pam’s executive portfolio included: Marketing, communications, customer experience, strategic planning, enterprise risk management, government relations, compliance, governance, sustainability (ESG) and executive sponsorship of large transformative initiatives. With an extensive background co-operative background, Pam believes that we are a different kind of business and need to embrace our differentiation, expressed through purpose. Pam understands and respects the challenge that comes with effectively communicating this difference and bringing it to life through the way in which our members, employees and communities experience co-operatives.

Cornerstone Credit Union

Ty Kehrig

Ty has served on the Cornerstone Credit Union Board since 2023. He is Vice President at Exceed Grain Marketing, advising producers on global market trends, financial planning, and crop marketing strategies. With prior experience in agriculture production and accounting, Ty is a Registered Professional Agrologist and committed to strengthening rural economies through community-focused credit unions.

Heidi Schofer

Heidi has been involved in the credit union system since 2004, beginning as a Director with Horizon Credit Union. With a long history of board service at both local and provincial levels, she is deeply committed to cooperative values. Heidi is currently a high school substitute teacher and works alongside her husband on their 1,300-acre family farm near Melville.

Lyle Weichel

Lyle is CEO and co-owner of WestSource, a family owned, Saskatchewan business that provides design build construction and procurements services for the residential, commercial, and renewable energy industries. Lyle is an entrepreneur at heart with an extensive range of professional experience in business development, leadership, innovation, early technology adoption, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability initiatives. Lyle has served on the Board of Directors since 2016. Lyle lives in White City with his wife and two daughters. He values family, local economic development, and  sustainability.

Synergy Credit Union

Melanie Bonnah

Melanie was elected to the Board in 2016 and brings a strong financial background as a former Synergy employee and Manager, Finance for Steelhaus Tryton. She holds a degree in economics and a Credit Union Fellowship designation. A passionate advocate for financial literacy, she is dedicated to strengthening both the credit union and the community.

C. Neil Carruthers

Neil has served on the Synergy Credit Union Board since 2012 and is the National Director of Key Accounts and Livestock Technology with Merck. In addition to his Executive Leadership role in the Animal Health business, Neil along with his wife Gail manages their farms in Northwest and West Central Saskatchewan. He has also served as a founding director on the Zoetis Canada Pension Board and as a 4H Leader. Neil supports member choice and financial participation through programs like Synergy’s ProfitShares.

Don Wheler

Don has served on the Synergy Board since 1998, including multiple terms as Chair. With a background in education and leadership, he was the founding director of the Northwest Leadership Academy. He holds several governance certifications and received the Saskatchewan Credit Union Director Order of Merit in 2020. Don is a strong believer in ethical leadership, collaboration, and in Credit Unions as community builders.
