January 22, 2025 – Shaping Our Future: Organizational Culture Inventory® (OCI) as Part of Our Merger Process

Welcome, Conexus, Cornerstone, and Synergy team members!

As part of the due diligence process for our proposed merger, we’re excited to announce the opportunity to complete the Organizational Culture Inventory® (OCI) for your credit union. This critical step will help us better understand the unique cultures of our three organizations.

Why complete the OCI?

We know that culture plays a pivotal role in the success of any merger. By engaging Human Synergistics International, a qualified third-party consultant, we’ll:

  • Understand Current Cultures: Assess and compare the cultures of all three credit unions to highlight similarities and differences.
  • Identify Challenges and Opportunities: Pinpoint potential cultural challenges and opportunities for integration.

What’s Next?

Starting January 27, you’ll receive an email from Human Synergistics International with a link to the OCI survey. The email will come from the following email address: Leader@hscanada.ca.

The OCI will take approximately 30 minutes to complete; it can be completed at once or saved to finish later. The survey will remain open until February 10 and is completely confidential and anonymous
