As part of the due diligence process for our proposed merger, we’re excited to announce the opportunity to complete the Organizational Culture Inventory® (OCI) for your credit union. This critical step will help us better understand the unique cultures of our three organizations.
Why complete the OCI?
We know that culture plays a pivotal role in the success of any merger. By engaging Human Synergistics International, a qualified third-party consultant, we’ll:
- Understand Current Cultures: Assess and compare the cultures of all three credit unions to highlight similarities and differences.
- Identify Challenges and Opportunities: Pinpoint potential cultural challenges and opportunities for integration.
What’s Next?
Starting January 27, you’ll receive an email from Human Synergistics International with a link to the OCI survey. The email will come from the following email address: Leader@hscanada.ca.
The OCI will take approximately 30 minutes to complete; it can be completed at once or saved to finish later. The survey will remain open until February 10 and is completely confidential and anonymous.
